With the approach of colder weather, keeping your feet warm starts to come to mind. I am usually cold by nature, so when the temperature starts to drop, I start to look for solutions to keep my feet warm. It seems that if my feet are warm, it helps to keep my whole body warm. Lately, I have started to use the kind of foot warmer insoles that start to heat up when you open the package. These things keep my feet warm for hours, whether I am outside in the cold or sleeping with them on my feet.

You can buy several different kinds of foot warmer insoles, and I suggest keeping a supply of them on hand, particularly if you are outdoors much in colder weather.

Detox Foot Pads

I have never used detox foot pads, but I find them interesting. I have read the various reviews from people who claim that wearing these helped to lessen foot pain and also help a variety of foot conditions. The concept is that the foot pads contain various extracts that help to remove the toxins from your body if you wear these on your feet while you sleep. The white pads become darkened overnight and if you continue to wear them, they become lighter after a time. I have read reviews of people who wear them for conditions anywhere from just normally helping to refresh your feet to foot pain to neuropathy. I can't vouch for their effectiveness myself, but it seems that at a minimum, they do help to clean the dirt that is deeply embedded in your feet. I'll post again after I have experienced this for myself.
