Foot lotions can help to keep the skin on your feet in good shape. Lotions that contain such ingredients as coconut or olive oil, aloe or vitamin E are good for your feet and are easily absorbed.

One trick is to use a liberal amount of lotion on your feet before you go to bed at night and then put socks on to help to keep the lotion on your feet, and off of the bed as well. When you wake up the next morning, your feet will have had a relaxing night and will feel great! I do this periodically with my own feet, and it helps to prevent dry skin.
