Have you guys tried any of these flavored Sea Salts ? I’ve been served in restaurants, but never thought to bring them into my kitchen. They sound quite interesting, and I noticed a selection on the shelf at the supermarket. From flavors to different grinds I think this sounds interesting…..

I found a little blurb in the Wall Street Journal weekend addition….and thought you might like it too. Pie Corps….mail order pies, both sweet & savory. Hand made with farm fresh ingredients. How about a Chicken Pot Pie ? Does Smoked Ham & Gruyere work for you ? I think I would like to try the Fresh Tomato & Cheddar with Thyme Cobbler. Any of the sweet will do me fine… Apple with Rosemary, Blueberry Crumb or I wonder how the Minted Lime Pie is….
